Q. Do you offer discounts?

A. We are offer a discount to Residential** accounts that are billed automatically to a credit card on a per delivery invoice basis.

Q. How often do you deliver?

A. We schedule each customer individually based upon their usage and deliver on a regular routed schedule.

Q.Do you charge a delivery fee?

A. If you are a regularly scheduled customer, there is no delivery fee charged. You will only be charged for the propane that is delivered to you plus any applicable sales tax.

Q. What areas do you service?

A. Western Propane Service delivers as far North as Lake Nacimiento in San Luis Obispo County, as far South as Topanga Canyon/Malibu in Los Angeles County, and as far East as Cuyama/Maricopa in Kern County. We also service Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

Q. What other services do you provide?

A. Our service technicians perform gas appliance conversions; install exterior gas lines, and minor appliance repairs, leaks and etc.

Q. Do you sell propane parts and accessories?

A.For your convenience we stock hoses, fittings, regulators, thermocouples and portable propane cylinders including forklift cylinders. If there is a part or fitting you are in need of and do not see it listed above, please feel free call our office for more details and ordering information. Most items can be ordered and shipped to the office within 2-3 business days.
