When obtaining personal information; forms and applications are kept in an individual customer file. We understand the sensitivity of the information supplied and we maintain our customers' files and software programs in a manner that protects against unauthorized access.
Western Propane Service obtains credit history/reports through the Credit Bureau as necessary to verify all information put forth in the Delivery Authorization Form/Credit Application for propane services. False, fraudulent or misleading information may be grounds for denial of service.
With approved credit or unless otherwise specified, all accounts are due and payable upon delivery. Accounts are delinquent thirty (30) days from the delivery/service date. A service charge of 1.5% (.50 minimum) will be accessed on all past due accounts. Service is voluntarily surrendered if an account becomes sixty (60) days past due.
